Seems a possibility.

The F. McMullen is age 19 in 1850 and age 27 in 1860, but still could be a match.
Checked ancestry trees, and one had a Fielden McMullen of right age, but limited info and no spouse or children.

Ancestry tree shows Daniel McMullen married Sarah Sallie Wilson(1804-?).
Also shows Daniel McMullen shown as son of John McMullen(1740/IR-1817/GA) and Elizabeth Stowers.

Noteworthy that in 1850, D McMullen shown b Ireland.
The Daniel in 1860 shown born GA.
