Looking for my brother...please help!

The only information I have is his mother's name is Cheryl (sp?) and her father was an officer on the military base, pretty high up like a coronel or general. My brother was born in either 1968-1969 time frame. His father was Ronald David Lancaster. My brother was named after my Dad but I am not sure if Ronald and David were used or even what order. I am not even sure he is a Lancaster. My father died a few years back and never did find him. It is now my quest in life and any help anyone can give me would be so appreciated. My Mother was able to see him once and said we look like twins! I am now 36 and would love to finally meet him. PLEASE HELP ME!
