Miss Berthenia Catherine Black, 91, of McCaysville, Ga. passed away March 14, 1962 at her home. She was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Ellis Black. At the time of her death she was living with her nieces, Misses Ruth and Marie Black. Survivors include three nieces, Miss Ruth Black, Miss Marie Black of McCaysville, Ga. and Miss Callie Black of Benton, Tenn.; seven nephews, Wayne Black, Dallas, Ga.; Paul Black, Kennesaw, Ga.; Claude Black, Pensacola, Fla.; Jack Black, McCaysville, Ga.; Dan Long, Isabella, Tenn., and Esco Black, Benton, Tenn. Interment in the Toccoa Cemetery.
