Surnames: Winkfield, Williams
Need help in locating/obtaining a marriage certificate/application for Preston Winkfield and Anna
Williams. I'm not sure when they married. They married sometime between 1911 and 1916. Preston Winkfield was from Washington, Wilkes County and Anna was from Rome. Their first child Dallas was born in Rome, in 1916. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
