I have geneology of the Thornton's going back to Hosea, in 1700, in England, through my line to today. My personal line picks up with Isaac, in Forsythe Co., AL, 1817, married Clarinda Nuckolls in 1819, in GA, and on down. I'll be glad to mail you what I have and you can meld it together and perhaps follow your own line, down to you.

I know a Mattie Oma Pope Roe, who lives in Palestine, TX, who lived in Cherokee Co., AL, and married Henry Roe from the same co., and moved to TX to live. I'd be gald to put you in contact with her. There are still relatives in AL and AR.

My mother, Myrnice Irene Callaway Thornton, went to school with a Bolen Bond, from Teague, TX. He was a educator, well know in the state of TX. I don't have any direct knowledge of that family, but can find one if need be.

There is a family of Orr's living in Kerens, TX. He is a realtor there. I can put you in contact with him also, if you like.

The only Wheeler I know was my 4th grade teacher. If you like, I might be able to put you in touch with her family, somehow. Not sure, though.

I can only think of two Robert's that I've known. Allen, lives in Houston, TX, and Haskell, who lives here in Fairfield, TX. I worked for Allen when I lived in Pasadena, TX, and Haskell and I worked together at the Power Plant, here in Fairfield. I can contact either of them for you.
