Are your Kemps related to Solomon O. Kemp and Elizabeth Kyle of Forsyth/Hall/Gwinnett Co.s GA? Solomon and Elizabeth Kemp's daughter, Nancy Caroline Kemp, married Thomas T. Crow, son of Carlisle B. Crow and Nancy W. Whitworth of Hall Co. GA.
There was also reportedly a Mary Caroline Kemp that married a Mathew E. Crow, son of John W. Crow and Avis Porter in Gwinnett Co., GA (?), but that's about all I have on these folks. Perhaps you could help me out with these Crow's and Kemps?
