I am looking to share information with anyone who has knowledge of James W. CHASTAIN who moved to FORSYTH Co. in the 1860's

I was wondering if any one has info on the family of John Mosley m. 1824 to Susannah Cordery b. 1805 in Georgia. Susannah was born in Cherokee Nation, Forsyth County, Ga, and died in Tahlequah, IT. I need info on John Mosley, who enrolled for emigration to the Cherokee Nation West. Does anyone know how to access any records on the Chrokee Nation Westm are us there any to access? Thanks Donna, I haven't seen the Book, my husband will try to find it at the Library. I have a cousin who is a professor at the University of Oregon who has some books lie that, I'll check with him on this subject. I'll try to find those records as well. I have a Henry Mosley born about 1780-1800 that was my ggg grandfather, who came to Ky after 1830 from Tennessee, and clamied to be Cherokee. I was really trying to find a contact with him by taking the long way around, since the direct way don't seem to be very fruitful. I surely appreciate your help. Martha Huff

Nancy is the daughter of David Tallant Sr. b: 14 June 1784 and Sarah unknown.

Also parents of Hiram Holbrook born ca: 1812.
Who did he marry first? I have that he married a Susan Yancy born ca: 1823,at some point.

Forsyth County, GA -- I have a little information on William Berry Holbrook. His parents were Samuel Holbrook and Hannah Wilson. I have no further information on his parents or siblings. I am a descendant of David Tallant and Sarah (?Castleberry). Hope this helps a little.

Sarah Elizabeth Tallant, born 11-29,1847 married my great grandfather, Andrew Jackson Kemp, Jr 1-2-1871 in Cummins, Ga and died 4-19-1934 in Snowhill, Tx. Her parents were David Tallant and Rachel Scruggs
