Surnames: bolding williams
Read your post about Williams family. What do you know about the Sarah Williams who you list as a daughter of Howell Williams and Jemima? I have in my research a Sarah Williams born in NC early 1800's who married a Bolding and was in Hardin County TN 1850 census and then in Verona, Pontotoc County, MIssissippi in 1860 census. Are these Williams of Indian or Melungeon ancestry? I can provide you with more specific info.
