Your Zachariah was the son of John Boothe Jr. and Elizabeth Harwood. His parents were John and Ann Boothe. John died in 1804 in Hancock Co., GA. He is the son of Daniel & Ruth Boothe of Caroline Co., VA. Ruth married 2)James Trice and settled in Orange Co., NC. My husband descends from John's brother Daniel of Orange Co., NC.
