I have some Thomas members in the Jackson Cty., Ga. area. There is a Herman Lee Thomas b. march 30, 1907 in Jackson Cty., Ga., d. Oct. 17, 1977 in N.C., he was the son of Melvin Lonson Thomas b. Jan. 23 1885 in Jackson cty., GA., m. Ina Susan Belle Beatty. Melvin was the son of William Marion Thomas and Rosetta "Rosie" Elizabeth Carr, both are buried in Jackson Cty., Ga., at Talmo Baptist Church. Will was Joseph and Rachel's son.
