A family document states that the Keeling family "moved to a 500 acre tract of land at what is now Keeling's Crossing near Toccoa Georgia, Feb. 1837." A second document states that "They owned a farm close to Toccoa Ga. A railroad crossed the road. It was called Keeling's Crossing."
No such feature is listed on USGS maps. Does anyone know where Keeling's Crossing is? Presumably it is no longer in Habersham Co., but in present day Stephens Co.
