Is anyone researching the Butler family in Montgomery/Wheeler County? Bright Butler (Jan. 13, 1834 - Jan. 23, 1897) and his first wife Sarah ? probably married in Pulaski Co., GA and had the following children:
Mary Ann Butler b. abt. 1856 m. Martin Graham
Milly Butler b. abt. 1857 m. Jackson Barlow
Charlotte Butler b. abt. 1859
William Bright Butler b. Sept. 12, 1862 m. 1st Mary S. Clements in Montgomery Co. on May 27, 1896, m. 2nd Margaret Ann Gillis in Montgomery Co. on May 29, 1904.
After Sarah's death, Bright Butler moved to Montgomery Co. and married a second time to Frances Hall in Montgomery Co. on Nov. 23, 1868. They were the parents of five children.
Bright is buried at the Glenwood Cemetery in Wheeler Co. Any information on this family would be appreciated.
