Burdett Mumford, 71 lifelong resident of Montpelier, passed away Sept. 16 at his home.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Sept. 22 at Montpelier Third Ward LDS Chapel at 1 p.m.
The family prayer will be held at 12:45 p.m. at the chapel.
Burdett loved the outdoors and often found employment in local ranches. His last employment was with the United States Forest Service.
He was preceded in death by his parents J. Floyd Mumford and Fern Mumford; two brothers, Junior Mumford and Melvin Mumford. He is survived by his loving partner Janice M. Kunz and son Steven.
