She was born in Montpelier, Idaho, March 10, 1924, the daughter of Fred Bartlome and Lena Maire Sutter. She was the oldest of eight children. She attended elementary school and high school in Montpelier.
After graduation she moved to Ogden, Utah and was trained as a dental assistant. Returning to Montpelier, she worked at Dr. Wells C. Stock’s dental office and assisted another doctor in surgeries.

She especially enjoyed her family and kept track of all the grandchildren’s interests. She kept two filled cookie and candy jars next to the back door and the grandchildren could nibble as they reported their activities to her.
Lloyd passed away on February 26, 1995.
Phyllis married Weldon Eborn on July 18, 1998 and moved to Paris, Idaho. She doubled the size of her family and had the opportunity to spread her love to more family members. They enjoyed the company of each other during these later years.
