Born October 11, 1921 in Seattle, King County, Washington to Rill Hart Long and Hazel May King. Died November 9, 2013 in Montpelier, Bear Lake County, Idaho at the age of 92.
Phyllis was married to her husband Dean Roberts in the Logan Temple on December 10, 1941 and they lived together lacking one month for a total of 73 years.
Phyllis always wore a smile in good time as well bad and continually set an example for her children as well as those around her. She always looked for the best in every situation and everything. She was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints all her life and served in many positions in the church and community.
Phyllis endured many hardships throughout her life, however, she bore her burdens well and kept the faith to the very end. She has left a legacy of faith, hope, courage, and love and will be sorely missed by those she has left behind.
Phyllis was proceeded in death by her parents, three siblings, Richard, Norma, and Rodney, and her two children DeeAnn and Lynn. She is survived in death by her husband Dean Roberts, her seven children, Gary, Lurlene, Kay, Verlin, Doneal, Glen, and Rick, together with her 42 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.Roberts RGB
