Oliver Lucius Scott and his wife Cecilia were living in Bellevue in 1883 (postcard party invitation). In that same year daughter Philena was born. I am looking for any evidence that O.L. died there (since he seemed to disappear before 1900 Ohio census) or that they divorced. Also any evidence for Philena's birth?
