I am so sorry this took so long. There was no obit for the Elaine, but found Cecil's.
I looked in a book of death records at the library that lists deaths from 1903, and she wasn't listed either. However, there is an Infant Knight no birth date, died Sept. 7, 1909, Child of Charles, and another, Maxine, born April 25, 1911, died October 18, 1923, child of C.R. in my book of cemeteries, but no cemetery is listed for either of these two.
Possibly Elaine was born, died in another county, and buried there? She isn't listed on the Idaho death index online either, but guess you know that.
Let me know if I can help you in any other way.
