An obit for Sarah Louise Lindsay was sent to me by someone. I looked at your Family information on Ancestry and, wow! I found my family there, too. So I guess we are cousins of some count. My data seemed to pretty much agree with yours, except that you had more people identified than I did. One thing puzled me. I have JA Werntz/Sally Buffiner (Buffington) identified as the father/mother of James Oliver Werntz. You have Jacob Werntz/Elizabeth Penman as his mother and father. If you are interested I will share my information I have about the relationship. I would really appreciate your sharing with me, your sources ,etc. Maybe Elizabeth was a second wife or maybe I have the wrong person in Sally. Would be vdery helpful to me if I could hear from you on this. Also, my research does not go back to Jacob,s father being a Jacob born in the 1700's. Anything about this would also be helpful.
