Bethia Weaver, 97, of Grace, Idaho passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2013 in American Falls, Idaho. She was born on October 1, 1915 in Albion, Idaho the daughter of William J. and Isabel Loveland Powell.
Bethia married Charles E. Weaver on November 14, 1935 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She had lived in Bennington, Tetonia, Burley, Moore, Idaho Falls and Kaysville, Utah and the past 34 years in Grace, Idaho.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint and had held sever positions such as chorister, Relief Society food demonstrator and teacher.
She was a member of the G.F.W.C. and Grace Senior Citizens. Bethia enjoyed cooking, music, quilting and sewing.
She is survived by three sons and one daughter, Richard and Karma Weaver of Seattle, WA, Dean and Carole Weaver of American Falls, ID, and Jim Weaver of Grace, ID, Margurete and Gary Cameron of Hollister, CA. Also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a brother Carlos Powell of Mt. Home, ID, and a sister Lyla Jean Marvin of Aptos, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband Evan and two sons Bill and Gary, a granddaughter Carlene and grandsons Kyle and Barry.
Services will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Noon at the Grace LDS Stake Center. The family will visit with friends on Saturday morning from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Stake Center prior to services. Burial will be in the Grace Cemetery.
