I have been doing some research on the life of Alvah Challis, mainly because what is in print is scattered and, of course, incomplete. He was, of course, one of the founding fathers of the town, along with other pioneers that I have been researching. I note that you might have photographs and was wondering if one or more of these are of Alvah?
