MILLVILLE — Peggy Ann Hall Cooper, 60, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Millville, Utah, on Saturday, March 2, 2013. She was born April 29, 1952, in Preston, Idaho, to Ross and BarDee Spackman Hall. She married Charon Cooper, and he preceded her in death.
Peggy loved flowers and her flower garden. She loved her time spent with family especially her grandchildren. She loved live concerts and being outdoors. She always had a number of pets she loved dearly and enjoyed the companionship they provided. She loved life and tried to live it to the fullest she was able.
She is survived by her longtime partner Vince Martin of Millville, Utah; children Cori Cooper of Lewiston, Utah, and Coby (Rabecka) Cooper of Preston, Idaho; parents Ross and BarDee Hall of Preston; siblings Kenton Hall of Oregon, Shanna (Dennis) Neeley of Preston, Troy (Karen) Hall of Preston, and Jody Hall of Preston; four grandchildren, Chasen and Pearl Goodwin and Lily Ann and Elliot Cooper. She was preceded in death by her husband Charon, sister Christy Geddes and grandson Ira Cooper.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 8, 2013, at Webb Funeral Home, 1005 S. 800 East in Preston. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
