If both parties resided in the Thebes / Ciaro area would they have gone to KY or MO to get married time period ca. 1849-1851.
in 1850 she is in Alexander co. with her family, while the groom is no where on the planet.
1860 the couple are together with their eight year old son,
She born in TN, he in VA and child in GA.
Alexander county does not have this marriage record (they have them for her sister) nor do they have a death or cemetery record for this couple who were dead by 1863.
I have track numbers for the land that the son got but cant match the numbers with any information on the ISA site. How would I go about finding how the land was purchased and who from?
