Thanks for the post.
I do not show a Penelope Cox being sister to Jesse Bryan Cox.
Jesse Bryan was the son of William Cox, B: Dec 9, 1794, Ashe Co. NC. There were 13 children in Williams' family, but Penelope was not shown in my listing.
Contact me again if you need any further information. As I am a full-time RVer, I may not reply right away. I am right now in the LDS Genealogical Library in Salt Lake City!
