I would appreciate any help/assistance or insight on my "brick walls".

Martha Martin (nee Summers), wife of John H. Martin. She was born September 30, 1795 in NC to William Summers - mother unknown. Married abt 1820 in Lexington, KY. Suppsedly died April 13, 1855 according to LDS records. Had lived in Farmers, Deerfield and Young Hickory Townships. Need to verify date of death and where buried. Rumor has it she is in Fairview Cemetery. (John H. Martin died January 28, 1870 in Lyon Co., KS and is buried in the Chicago Mound Cemetery.)

Joshua Weaver b December 31, 1820 in Green Co., PA to William and Mary(Cornwell)Weaver. Moved in 1835 with his family to the Deerfield area. Married Elizabeth Ann Martin (who was born May 19, 1826 in Muhlenberg Co., KY and the daughter of Martha and John H. Martin)October 21, 1851 in Fulton County. Joshua died April 11, 1905 in Abington, Knox Co., IL and Elizabeth died June 1, 1899 in Ellisville, Fulton Co., IL. Need to locate where buried. Rumor has it that they are in Fairview Cemetery.

William Allen Martin son of John H. and Martha (Summers) Martin. b August 8, 1828 in Kentucky. Married Theney Ann Marshall (who was born September 10, 1831) on December 22, 1853 in Fulton Conty. William A. enlisted, in 1862, in a Missouri cavalry regiment and became Captain of a company. He served until the close of the war and near Little Rock was shot from ambush, presumably for his money, as he was robbed. Taken from The Portrait and Biographical Album of Fulton County, published by Biographical Publishing Co., Chicago, 1890. (Taken from the biography of Joshua Weaver, pages 386-388.) What happened to the body? Did they bring it back to Fulton County for burial? Some of the family moved to Lyon Co., Kansas in 1867. Can find no further record of him amd no death date other than "close of the war".

Thanks
