Surnames: Pilkington, Weber/Webber
--Gabriel Weber (1818-1901), married Julie Ann Sonneborn (she died 1896 at age 35). There is a will for Julie.
--There are many more Weber/Webber cards in the card file and some are relatives.
--Adam Pilkington (1809-1856), married Jane Garside. Children: Margaret (Thornber), Alice (Lambert), Mary (Weber), Elizabeth (Stevenson), Aron
--There is a will for Adam Pilkington and also for his wife, Jane.
--Adam & Jane Pilkington were natives of Bolton La Moors (England?). Adam came to America in 1842 & Jane in 1844. Adam had been employed as a "bleacher" in his native land. He was a member of the Church of England and later identified with the Church of Latter Day Saints. Both Adam & Jane are buried in Sonora Township, Hancock County Illinois. They had six children.
