The 1850 census of Lake County Illinois, Shields twp includes Patrick and Catherine Feeney and family, all born Ireland. We have newly discovered Catherine was the sister of Peter and Patrick Gray of Lake Co. per Patrick's probate papers. Acc to the probate record Catherine, prev of Shields twp., had moved, address unknown. We are not yet able to find the Feeneys elsewhere in US - so seeking any further detail of them while in Lake Co. County histories or?? Any information would be helpful. Thanks.
