Roy Etherington 7 ...back in KS in 1910.
Pearl Etherington 3 ...not found 1910 record.
...Minnie E Young's parents/siblings, family went to Kansas from Marion Co Iowa before coming to Illinois. Isaac Etherington appears to be back in Kansas by 1910 and was widower.
Another son, Millard Wane Etherington, born 30 Oct 1884 IA or KS also back in Linn Co KS by 1910, still there in 1917 and married a Cleo. He was out of the household in 1900 but in the 1900 Logan county census living with another family as "laborer".
Most of the 1890 census burned in 1921. Unable to find an Enoch Young born appx 1864 Ohio or Illinois. The LDS website soundexes first names as well as surname and only one Enoch is found born TN who was black.
The LDS website shows IGI Individual Record of male E A Young born 1864, Darke Co, Ohio but no other data. I see by the time the 1930 census was done Enoch's parents were listed as being born USA. Minnie had her parents place of birth was correct.
There was not a another Young family enumerated in Eminence, Logan county IL in 1900 or 1910 record that was from Ohio. Enoch's family the only Young family in 1910 record.

Carl W Young did not register for WWI draft in 1917 or 1918. If he did it was not in Logan county. His draft record would provide complete birth data.
In 1917 and 1918, approximately 24 million men living in the United States completed a World War I draft registration card. These registration cards represent approximately 98% of the men under the age of 46. The total U.S. population in 1917-1918 was about 100 million individuals. In other words, close to 25% of the total population is represented in these records.
