Surnames: Herriott, Work
Searching for information on Van R. Herriott/Harriott, b. 1831 in Mercer Co., PA, d. 1890 in Mercer Co., IL; m. Mary R. Frazier in 1852. Both buried in Viola cemetery. Who were his parents? According to History of Mercer Co., (1882), he moved to Mercer Co. with parents in 1846, but can't find him on 1850 census. Please help!
