William L. SOUTHERN married Harriet E. AYLES or AILES on Oct. 02, 1879, in Mercer County, IL. Did they have children ?
Was Harriet related to the AILES families listed in Mercer Co. Cemeteries ? Was Harriet a child of an Elias Ayles/Ailes ?
The Harriet E. Ayles/Ailes I am looking for, and some of her siblings were, for a while, (1850 Fountain Co. IN census) living with what is thought to be relatives. Families are Crane, Boord & Stewart. Harriet was 7 years old in 1850.
Anyone with knowledge of these SOUTHERN and AYLES/AILES families of Mercer Co.? Thank you !
