Can anyone help me figure out the relationship between Elijah A. Hendrix/Hendricks and Eli O. Hendrix/Hendricks? Are they relatives or really the same person? I have records for Elijah A. Hendrix in St. Clair, Illinois up to 1840, then Eli Hendrix appears in Monroe, Illinois, the county just south of St. Clair. Ultimately, I am trying to clarify the connection between the Hendrix family and Susan Hendrix, who married Andrew Robertson in Monroe Co., Illinois in 1856.
