I am trying to locate records on my great grandfather John Ditzler (Ditsler) and wife Anna Klaege Ditzler (Ditsler). The only records I find is the 1870 Census in Vermiiion Ct Illinos. Can anyone find any records on them. John was born in abt 1835 and came from Switzerland. Anna was born in abt 1841 and came from Prussia. It is so hard because their names change from Ditzler to Ditslear. My grandfather who was their son is William M Ditzler born in 1870.
