I am lookin g for which Catholic Church in Galena that a Priest by the name of Bernard Mc Gorisk (spelling)would have served as Pastor for around 1854. I believe he wed my G-G Grandfather James Burk to Catharine Hays on July 11, 1854. I have a copy of the marriage certificate from the courthouse, but am looking for som additional documentation from the Church he served at.
