Hi Kim,
I have not been on this site in years but just happened to see your reply. My sister and I are coming to Indiana to take care of one of our bucket list to do's, in Sept and we are going to try to find someone who is related to Morris Turnpaugh from Kokomo, I no he had 10 children, he was a milkman and played piano on the weekends, someone in Kokomo must be related to him I would think? We have also been told stories about the marker, so if we all know about it, it must be true?I know some of our people came from Ohio also, we don't have enough information to go to far only our memories from over hearing adults conversations as children. My dad always spoke of his cousin Morris in Kokomo. Our grandfather was Simon Ross Turnpaugh and I remember 2 brothers Karl and Bert, and a sister Oat that lived in the Logansport area and that is about it. Thanks for your reply.
