Inscription: Malinda wife of Wm. McLead Died May 20, 1886 Aged 64 Y 8 M 8D - Using this age the birth date of this Malinda calculates to 12 Sep 1821 which I doubt and needs to be checked. The 1870 Delaware, Hamilton Co., IN census has Melinda Headdy age 18 (thus born 1851/2) in the household of Perry (Oliver Perry) Rooker, the first cousin of John D. Rooker her future husband, and her sister America. This Malinda is the only McLead in findagrave who died in Indiana.
