My grandmother was Olda Mae Jenkins who was married to Isom Stucker (Jefferson County, Saluda Township). Her mother's family was "Righthouse/Wrightouse". I have been doing some research and found that possibly some of my ancestors also married into the Righthouse Family. These are connections that I have found. Any sound familiar?
1. Jacob Stucker(born: Sept 21, 1789; died: August 10, 1863) married an Elizabeth Righthouse(born: June 22, 1801; died: July 14, 1874)
2.Siegel Stucker married TIllie Righthouse on July 1, 1897 (Jefferson County, Book 48, page 216) - no dates on them yet.
3. Jacob Antrim Stucker( born: July 16, 1829; died: 1865) married a Rachel Righthouse on March 5, 1856.
An interesting find also: According to the Indaiana State Library genealogy Division: Indiana Marriages Through 1850 Database:
A Jacob Stucker married an Elizabeth "Housewright" in Jefferson County on October 25, 1817. Could this be a variation of "Wrighthouse" or just merely a reversal of the name?
