Jack W. ANDREWS b. June 5, 1929, d. June 17, 1994, Plymouth, age 65, of San Antonio, Texas, died Friday in his home, of natural causes. Mr. ANDREWS retired from Brook Army Medical Center Nuclear Medicine Department in 1987 after 28 years of service. He retired from the Army in 1968 after 20 years of active duty. He was born June 5, 1929, in Culver. He married Helen ROACH. She survives with two sons, Jim and Tim, both of San Antonio, three grandchildren, and two sisters, Bettie PERKINS of Plymouth and Donna STONEBURNER of Atwater, Colo. Mr. ANDREWS was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, San Antonio, M.A.R.S. and was a(n) amateur radio operator. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Services will be at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday in the church. Burial will be in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday in Porter Loring Mortuary, San Antonio. Memorial contribtutions may be made to Santa Rosa Hospice, P. O.
