There was a William Russell born in Waveland on 4-23-1850.
He moved to Iowa and on to OR. It is possible that his brother James had a son nearer the age you are inquiring
about. I can not find anything on him past his marriage.
He was probably in Iowa also, as his father died young and
the mother remarried and moved with the new husband and
two sons to Iowa, in late 1850's.
