MRS. SARAH R. THRELDKEL (sic) DIES FROM HEART FAILURE AT HER HOME IN ADVANCE -- Advance, Aug. 6—Mrs. Sarah Rebecca Threlkeld, eighty years of age, was found dead early yesterday at her home one and a half miles west of Advance. Coroner E. A. Rainey of Lebanon pronounced death due to organic heart failure and stated he believed the deceased had expired about one o’clock yesterday morning.
Mrs. Threldkeld was born in Union county, Ind., Dec. 13, 1843, the daughter of Rev. Jonathan and Elouisa Chenault Martin. She was married March 25, 1869, to John H. Threldkeld, (sic) who died April 14, 1916.
Mrs. Threldkeld (sic) was a member of the Baptist Church of Advance. She is survived by four children, Lona, at home; Alva of Linnsburg; Elza, of Indianapolis; and Otto of AdVance; (sic) four brothers, Philetus, of Carey, Ohio; William, of Colorado; Jonathan, of Kansas, and Arba, of Attica; and five sisters, Mrs. W. H. Norris (sic; should be Morris) of Linnsburg; Mrs. Laura Anglin, of Louisville, Ky.; Mrs. Elmira Forest, of Ruthdrum, Idaho; Mrs. Willa Ophan and Alice Burkdoll of Kansas.
