I just want to let everyone know who might be thinking of traveling to Montgomery County, IN to do research that the people in the local history area of the public library are terrific. I did not find the cemeteries I needed because no one gave me directions and the cemeteries are not where the map says they are. I was disapointed but I decided to go to the library to see what resources they had & I could not be more pleased. The lady who helped me knew so much about what I needed and was so great about helping me that I feel like the trip was very worthwhile. I will defintely be going back & I do hope someone will still let me know where the Wasson cemeteries in Brown and Scott township are. And not in GPS signals as not all of us can afford that new technology.
