I am related to Francis Marion Alexander who married Nancy Ann Newman on Sept. 30, 1864 in Versailles, IN, Ripley County. Her parents were John Newman and Gilleann Pugh, from KY. His parents were John R. Alexander and Dorothea Foster, from VA.
In the obituary of Francis, it said he was the youngest of 11 children.
