Yes, Lavisa "Vice" LaMaster is on the left, her husband Samuel Williams is below her on the left. Samuel Williams was the brother-in-law (brother of Joseph's first wife Mary Jane Williams) of Joseph Williams on the right. Woman on the right was Joseph's second wife Effie Woods. Vice and Samuel helped raise the children of Joseph and Mary Jane Williams after her death.

This picture was found in my grandmother's things, in an envelope marked "Williams". She was the daughter of Rosa Williams and Lewis Cass LaMaster....Rosa was the daughter of Joseph and Mary Jane Williams.
