THEIR GOLDEN WEDDING DAY, Mr. Mrs William Pollman observe fiftieth aniversary.
Friday 15 Aug. was the 50 th wedding anniversary of Mrs. Mrs. William Pollman.
The marriage took place in Switserland county Indiana on 15 Aug. 1863.
They were amoug the earliest settlers in Butler County coming here from Indiana in the fall of 1870, homestead was five miles southwest of David City.
Parents of 6 children; page is cut off here so I looked it up on the 1880 census
