Looking for descendants of Gottlieb Freidrich Wahr b. 1855 in Germany and his wife Catherine Dittus. Gottlieb lived in Buffalo, NY before moving to Indiana, just before 1900. I am his sister Eva (Wahr) Schraft's GG Grand daughter. He also had a brother William and sister Rose Wahr Davis that remained in Buffalo. I have pictures of the family that I would like to share with family, along with making a re-newed connection!

Gottlieb's parents are Gottlieb Wahr b. 1825 and Eva Wurster b. 1825 in Germany. Gottlieb and Catherine's children are Gottlieb b. 1876, William b. 1878, who moved to California between 1900 and 1910, Gotthelf b. 1880, Amelia Wahr Bunge b. 1882 d. 1908, Tillie Wahr Neiderhaus b.1885, Fred Herman b. 1888 d. 1968 in Illinois and Charles James b. 1893 d. 1964 in Illinois. Known grandchildren are Berneice and Mildred Neiderhaus, Joyce Wahr, William Wahr, Gladys Wahr Anstead.
