I am looking for my Father's birth mother. His name was Patrick Donald Pranger (adopted). His birth Mother name was Dorthy Dolan. She listed the father as unknown. He was born either in Kentucky or Indiana on or about January 30 1928. Andrew Pranger and Mary O Pranger adopted him at 18 months old.
