I bought an old postcard off E-bay just because it was sent to Delia Pries, Waverly, dated 1909. I am researching the Pries family that lived in Bremer County. "Delia" is actually Odelia Pries, born 23 Oct 1887 to Karl and Anna (Zillig) Pries. Not my direct line. She would have been 22 years old at the time this was sent to her. From my records I show that she never married.
I would like to return this to an interested party from Karl and Anna Pries' line. Also, I would be interested to know who "Katie" was. (Katie sent to postcard.) For the record, my great-great-greatgrandfather was Christian Pries (a brother to Karl).
