I'm working on turning the hand-written Civil War diary of William W. Sweet, a Cedar County soldier, into a Word document. I confused by some of the places he referrs to in Cedar County. Has anyone ever heard of a place near Tipton named Post(missing part of word) Grove, or a meeting place called the N. Y. schoolhouse?
