Hello

I am connected to the Hagensick family through Anna Stuart born in Aberdeenshire Scotland in 1898 and emigrated to Canada prior to moving to Clayton Ohio around 1916 ( no proof).
All her family moved to USA from Canada except sister Jeannie.
Anna had a son Clarence born 1915 in Ontario Canada as I have been told and she married Harry Hagensick between 1920 and 1930

The 1920 census has Harry married to a Helen ? and in the 1930 census he was married to Anna with Clarence as a step-son.

In the 1920 census Anna minus Clarence was living with her mother and siblings in Chicago and shown as single.
Now my questions are:

who is Helen and what happened to her, as I cannot find any information about her?

Then was Clarence born in Canada or USA as I cannot find his birth in either Canadian or US records?

Did Anna Stuart marry Clarences' father?

When did Anna marry Harry Hagensick?

Was Clarence adopted by Harry?

If anyone can answer or help me answer these questions I would be pleased to hear from you.

I love a mystery but this is a difficult one to solve.
