Hello!!! I am another descendent of Alvah Lain... he is my Great Great Grandfather also! I take it you are from the Worthy line? I am from the Jennie line. In the post that Phyllis sent you she said that Emily was living with Gladys Ballinger her grandaughter.. that was also Jennie's daughter. the sister of my grandmother. Jennie may not be listed in that obituary because she might have died before Worthy? I hope this makes it to you. I know your post was quite some time ago.. I have not heard of any Nettie Quinn in my records ... only Emily. I don't know if this will get to you or not.. but glad to make another "family connection" Hiesela@aol.com
