Capitol Theater in Burlington, Iowa

Surnames: Davidson
I believe my Grandfather Henry Lee Davidson aka 'Shake' was either the owner or manager of the Capitol Theater in Burlington around 1943 plus or minus a few years. His wife was Marie Davidson. Does anyone know where I could find any records that would help me to confirm this? I believe the theater is now vacant but still standing. Does anyone know how I could get a picture of it?
