Thanks for your reply. I dialed the # but the person who answered said " Smoky Falls Grill". I don't think this is the correct #. The 800 # you told me to call for help who was that # for? Is there any person specifically I should ask for? Thanks for any additional info on the phone # and contacts. ~Meghan
